Returns and Refunds

ALL REFUND REQUESTS START WITH RETURNING THE PRODUCT. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN UNTIL WE HAVE THE PRODUCT.

ALL REFUND REQUESTS REQUIRE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 180 DAYS.

Faulty product refunds will be in the amount of the original purchase price including shipping. Return shipping costs will also be refunded. If multiple items were ordered on the original order, the amount of the original shipping refund will be estimated by the shipping department.

Any return or request for refund on non-faulty products will incur a 15% restocking fee. Initial and return shipping costs on non-faulty products are NOT refundable.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS FOR HEAVILY USED ITEMS. IF YOU SEND US ANY HEAVILY USED PRODUCT FOR REFUND, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING IF YOU WANT IT BACK.

Return Procedure:

  1. Write a letter explaining your problem with the product and whatever you would like us to do about it. Be sure to provide current contact information.
  2. Box up your new, like new, or defective product with the letter and a copy of your original purchase invoice. If you are returning a die set or shell holder for repair or adjustment, please provide a couple sample cases you are using.
  3. Send the package to the mailing address on the contact page. Make sure your return shipping costs are clearly written somewhere on the package if you expect reimbursement.
  4. Wait for us to contact you. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for a response.
