Limited Lifetime Warranty

All products manufactured by CH4D come with a limited lifetime warranty on material and workmanship. Warranty is limited to product replacement or refund of purchase price only.

Put simply:

1. If there is a problem due to faulty material or workmanship, we will replace it or refund your purchase price.
2. If you break it through improper usage and or abuse, you can buy the replacement.
3. All refund requests not covered by the above items, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
